Medical Scientist Lead

Job Summary

To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies, the full-time remote Medical Scientist Lead will manage Medical Scientist/Specialist staff, oversee medical monitoring activities, and ensure compliance with international standards while driving medical innovation.

Key responsibilities:

• Provides management supervision to Medical Scientist/Specialist staff, including performance management and resource allocation
• Collaborates with Medical Monitors/Directors to support the development and review of medical monitoring plans and study-related queries
• Tracks study progress, conducts medical data reviews, and ensures adherence to regulatory standards and protocols

Required qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a medical or scientific field (e.g., PhD, MD)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Medical industries
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and applicable agency guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based communication tools
• Fluent in English and local language(s), with strong organizational and time-management skills
