Medical Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Medical Senior Project Manager will manage complex projects for assigned accounts, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction while serving as the primary contact for clients and support agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, execution, and financial oversight
• Keep external and internal stakeholders informed on project progress and flag concerns promptly
• Drive timelines and act as an internal information hub for the account while identifying opportunities with existing and new accounts

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a Medical Communications agency
• Experience working across both Publications and Medical Affairs accounts is highly preferred
• Strong financial management skills and understanding of project management processes
• Proficiency in NetSuite functionality
• Ability to mentor Project Coordinators and Associate Project Managers
