Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Services Coordinator I to coordinate medical services and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve routine and complex client inquiries independently
• Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues in client care interactions
• Perform administrative duties including running reports and analyzing data

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2 years of post-high school education or 3+ years of relevant experience required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of the company's products and services
• Proficient in computer navigation and operation
• Understanding of HIPAA and regulatory requirements
