Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve client inquiries, including complex issues and escalations

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of post-high school education or 3+ years of experience
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient customer service skills
• Proficient computer navigation and operation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
