Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Staff Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of medical licensing and credentialing for clinicians
• Support the Credentialing and Medical Executive Committee and respond to licensing-related requests
• Coordinate malpractice insurance coverage and manage state patient compensation fund requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 months of medical credentialing experience
• Exceptional attention to detail in managing complex paperwork and credentialing files
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and navigating multiple systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is helpful
• Startup or healthcare operations experience is a plus
