Medical Strategist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly strategic and scientifically grounded Medical Strategist, this full-time remote position will manage client relationships, provide actionable strategic recommendations, and lead high-level discussions to navigate evolving medical landscapes and achieve organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the medical and scientific lead across projects, building strong consultancy relationships and providing strategic guidance
• Partner with clients to develop best-in-class solutions, assimilate insights, and support organizational change initiatives
• Independently lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets

Required qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD, MSc, or equivalent)
• Significant experience in medical strategy, medical affairs, or scientific consulting within pharmaceutical/biotech environments
• Strong understanding of treatment landscapes and drug development pipelines across one or more therapeutic areas
• Proven consultancy and client-facing experience with confidence in facilitating senior-level strategic discussions
• Exceptional project management and financial management capabilities
