Job Summary

To support a growing medical supply operation, the full-time Medical Supply Customer Service Rep will manage patient and healthcare provider communications, facilitate account setups, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of medical supplies while working remotely in specified states.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers
  • Create new accounts and maintain accurate member records
  • Resolve issues related to account management and supply delivery
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical supply processes is a plus
  • Must be computer literate with skills testing required
