Job Summary

Seeking freelance Medical Translators for a remote contract position, the successful candidate will translate documents from English to Chinese (simplified) with a focus on the US market.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate medical documents from English to Chinese (simplified) accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and terminology specific to the US medical field
• Utilize CAT tools, specifically memoQ, to enhance translation quality and consistency

Required qualifications:

• Degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies, or equivalent degree with significant translation training
• Degree in any field with at least two years of full-time professional translation experience
• Five years of full-time professional translation experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with CAT tools, particularly memoQ
