Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Medical Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrites standard Life and Disability Income applications using established guidelines
• Reviews and evaluates applications and supporting documents for completeness and consistency
• Communicates with internal stakeholders and Third Party Administrators regarding underwriting procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of Medical Underwriting experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Life Insurance underwriting principles
• Experience with data entry systems in a paperless workflow environment
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines
