Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the remote Medical Writer will produce high-quality content for various medical communications projects, manage client relationships, and stay updated on developments in assigned therapy areas.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality content for diverse medical communications projects, including manuscripts and training programs
• Develop content with minimal supervision, adhering to budget and timelines while utilizing client approval systems
• Maintain day-to-day client communication, proactively managing expectations and addressing potential issues

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in a life sciences field (PhD, PharmD, or MD required)
• Experience as a medical writer in a healthcare communications agency or recent graduate of an accredited program
• Outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong command of the English language
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding scientific content and editorial standards
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint
