Job Summary
Providing medical writing services remotely, the full-time Medical Writer will research, write, review, and edit scientific documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards while managing timelines and coordinating with authors and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the production of regulatory documents, ensuring alignment with established guidelines
- Coordinate with authors and technical specialists to develop and finalize specialized content for publication
- Act as project manager for writing deliverables, tracking progress and providing updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree with 3-5 years of relevant medical writing experience
- Experience in developing protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports
- Trained in GCP, GDPR, and HIPAA regulations
- Advanced knowledge of EndNote/reference software
- Familiarity with ICH M11 and the AMA Style Guide is an asset
