Job Summary

To support various scientific projects, the independent contractor Medical Writer, Publications will develop high-quality content for abstracts, presentations, manuscripts, and other materials while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content for publications, advisory boards, and training materials
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Collaborate with client services teams to plan, prioritize, and manage project timelines

Required qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent experience
• More than 2 years of experience in a medical writing role within medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient in PubMed or other scientific/medical search websites
• Proficiency with AI tools for content development while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Highly proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and familiarity with EndNote and Zoom
