Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and oversight of medical content and manage medical writers
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine training needs and develop content strategies
• Conceptualize, write, and storyboard course content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or PharmD/PhD preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Three (3) years of training or training-related experience preferred, with at least one (1) year required
• High-level MS Office writing skills required
