Medical Writing Product Lead
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Medical Writing Product Lead will leverage extensive medical writing experience to design and enhance an AI-enabled authoring product for clinical trial documents, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and customer teams.
Key responsibilities
- Help design the medical writing product by translating authoring workflows and regulatory expectations into product decisions
- Define quality criteria for AI-generated content and establish evaluation frameworks for medical writing quality
- Partner with customers to deploy new authoring workflows and support the adoption of innovative processes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of medical writing experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments
- Deep experience in authoring clinical trial protocols and related regulatory documents
- Strong understanding of clinical development and cross-functional inputs for high-quality protocol production
- Practical understanding of global regulatory expectations and document standards
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, health science, or related discipline; advanced training is a plus
