Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the strategic and operational performance of Medicare ACOs
• Direct and oversee the CMS submission process, ensuring compliance with ACO program requirements
• Analyze program performance data and develop strategic recommendations for ACO operations and quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, value-based care program management, or regulatory compliance
• Understanding of Medicare programs (e.g., ACO REACH, MSSP, Medicare Advantage)
• Highly analytical with experience interpreting clinical quality data and financial performance metrics
• Strong project leadership capabilities with the ability to prioritize initiatives and drive execution
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
