Job Summary

Providing lead support for Medicare and Medicare-Medicaid Plan products, the full-time remote Medicare Administration Lead will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and effective business processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Medicare and MMP program requirements and compliance standards
  • Partner with functional business owners to recommend and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain Medicare-specific analytics reports to monitor key performance indicators
Required qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in Medicare/health care process design, business analysis, or compliance, with 1 year of project management experience
  • Proficiency in project management skills
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and the ability to navigate various software systems
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
