Medicare Advantage Actuarial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Actuarial Services - Medicare Advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages and trains team members
• Proposes premiums that achieve company goals
• Forecasts future trends and monitors emerging experience

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of actuarial work with 3 years in a leadership position preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or related field required
• Prior Medicare bid submission experience preferred
• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (ASA/FSA) or commensurate experience
• Knowledge of SAS, VBA, SQL or other similar statistical software preferred
