Job Summary

Serving as a key liaison among stakeholders, the full-time remote Medicare Advantage Business Analyst will analyze business needs, document requirements, and drive initiatives to enhance member experience and operational efficiency in Medicare Advantage product development.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and document requirements for Medicare Advantage products
• Support regulatory compliance and drive initiatives to improve product performance
• Collaborate with product management, operations, IT, and vendor partners to optimize product development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in statistical analysis or data analysis
• 2+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage or Government Programs
• Experience with benefit configuration and product implementation
• SQL proficiency for data analysis
