Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming inquiries from Medicare Advantage customers through various communication channels
  • Research and resolve customer issues using established policies, procedures, and reference materials
  • Stay current on state and federal regulations to ensure compliance and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with three years of experience in a customer service setting (health insurance preferred)
  • Availability for a 5-week training program
  • Ability to meet attendance and timeliness requirements
  • Capability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships
  • Basic knowledge of medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus
