Job Summary

A company is looking for a Follow Up Associate, Medicare HMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Review account details, determine next actions, and document activities
• Resolve complex insurance issues with companies to ensure claims are paid

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Work experience in a hospital setting with knowledge of health insurance and medical claims billing, specifically Medicare Advantage plans
• Ability to learn new processes and make informed, complex decisions
• Experience working both independently and as part of a team
