Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Advantage Pharmacy Initiatives Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy Star measures and day-to-day pharmacy quality activities
• Act as subject matter expert to support pharmacy Star ratings and clinical activities
• Develop strategies to manage pharmacy costs and Star ratings

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacist with retail experience and some Medicare Advantage healthcare experience
• Doctorate in Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Five years pharmacy experience, including managed care experience or leadership/administrative position in a large group or hospital setting
• Working knowledge of clinical and formulary issues
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy industry and healthcare industry
