Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management (Medicare Advantage), Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand operational workflows and identify gaps to enhance effectiveness
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
• Communicate strategy and progress regularly with stakeholders and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product management or process innovation roles
• 6+ years of leadership experience related to product management
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage and knowledge of the CMS Stars program
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle
• Experience in data analysis and supporting business strategy with data-driven decisions
