Medicare Advantage Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the digital product experience for Medicare Advantage members, the full-time temporary Healthcare Digital Product Manager will own product strategy, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee execution while working remotely for a duration of six months.

Key responsibilities

• Own and articulate a product vision that aligns with the needs of the Medicare Advantage population and broader business objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and building consensus across diverse groups
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features and monitor member journey data for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Public Health
• 3-5 years of product management experience in building consumer-facing digital experiences
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or Medicare-focused healthcare
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
