Medicare Advantage Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end Medicare Advantage product experience, the remote Principal Product Manager will manage product strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and enhance member engagement while ensuring seamless care delivery and long-term health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and journey for Medicare Advantage members from enrollment to long-term outcomes
• Deliver critical MA-specific product experiences and adapt existing capabilities as needed
• Coordinate product investments and dependencies across various teams to create a cohesive member experience

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on complex products or customer journeys
• Exceptional ability to identify gaps and create coherent experiences across organizational boundaries
• Experience designing for diverse populations, particularly older adults or those with varying digital literacy
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics and iterate based on outcomes
• Experience with Medicare Advantage is a plus, but not required
