Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Sales - Medicare Advantage & Commercial Health Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage existing executive relationships to secure senior-level meetings and establish executive sponsorship
  • Identify and initiate strategic pilots and partnership discussions, ensuring alignment with company priorities
  • Act as an executive sponsor throughout complex deal cycles, supporting pricing, negotiation, and maintaining executive alignment
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug, or Dual-Eligible health plans
  • Demonstrated ability to secure executive-level access (C-suite / EVP / SVP)
  • Strong understanding of health plan operations and procurement processes
  • Proven track record of translating relationships into commercial outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
