Job Summary

Medicare Advantage Sales Executive, seeking a full-time senior executive with extensive relationships in government-sponsored health plans to drive strategic partnerships and deal formation without traditional sales management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop executive relationships and secure senior-level meetings with government-sponsored health plans
  • Identify and initiate strategic pilots and multi-year partnership discussions aligned with company priorities
  • Act as an executive sponsor throughout complex deal cycles, supporting pricing and negotiation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage and government-sponsored health plans
  • Proven ability to secure executive-level access (C-suite / EVP / SVP)
  • Strong understanding of health plan operations and procurement processes
  • Demonstrated success in long, complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus
