Medicare Advantage STAR Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, STAR Intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and integration of clinical interventions aligned to CMS STAR measures within the Medicare Advantage model
• Oversee the execution of multi-modal clinical interventions aimed at closing gaps in Clinical STAR measures
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to Clinical STAR measures intervention effectiveness

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• 8+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, clinical operations, population health, or quality improvement
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
• Deep understanding of CMS STAR measures and Medicare Advantage quality programs
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
