Medicare Advantage Strategy Director

Job Summary

Bringing extensive Medicare Advantage expertise, the remote Director, Medicare Advantage Strategy will manage the internal knowledge base on MA members and health plans, advise cross-functional teams on member experience, and represent Twin externally as a thought leader while shaping the company's strategic direction in the Medicare Advantage market.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Medicare Advantage, understanding member needs and market dynamics
• Advise Product, Design, Clinical, and Operations teams on evolving the member experience for the Medicare population
• Monitor changes in the MA market and translate those into strategic implications for Twin

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, managed care, or related healthcare roles
• Deep understanding of the Medicare population and engagement strategies for older adults
• Strong knowledge of how Medicare Advantage plans operate and evaluate partners
• Experience across multiple dimensions of Medicare Advantage, including Stars, CAHPS, and care management
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and external audiences
