Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Medicare Advantage Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the Medicare Advantage Transformation plan to align with growth and performance goals
• Direct cross-functional workstreams to implement key MA initiatives and monitor key performance indicators
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure MA initiatives are actionable and maintain organizational buy-in

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare strategy or operations, with 5 years focused on Medicare Advantage
• 6+ years of cross-functional leadership experience
• Deep understanding of the Medicare Advantage landscape
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from ideation to completion
