A company is looking for a Medicare Member Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members by answering questions and resolving issues related to their medical and dental packages
• Engage in calls with members while dedicating time for learning and development
• Work in a structured service center environment, adapting to a rapidly evolving setting

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
• Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
• Qualified candidates must be from the New England region (MA, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT)
