A company is looking for a Medicare Agency Director to lead its new line of business through the scaling phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the Medicare agency strategy, including financial performance and business reviews
• Build and scale the brand and growth engine while driving demand across various channels
• Lead cross-functional operations, ensuring alignment and efficiency through automation and AI

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product, project management, operations, and/or business development
• Experience leading teams from incubation to mass scale
• 3+ years of experience in Medicare-related fields such as tech, product design, or agency operations
• Experience working with executive leadership and founder teams
• Strong motivation to assist low-income Americans with government-sponsored healthcare programs
