Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Complaint & Appeals - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Fast Track Appeal scenarios for Medicare products, coordinating responses from multiple business units
- Research and resolve Fast Track Appeals, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal timeframes
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to team members and other departments
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Fast Track Appeals and CMS Guidelines
- 2-3 years of experience in Medicare platforms, compliance, and regulatory analysis
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and relevant applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards
