Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Complaint & Appeals - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Fast Track Appeal scenarios for Medicare products, coordinating responses from multiple business units
  • Research and resolve Fast Track Appeals, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal timeframes
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to team members and other departments
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Fast Track Appeals and CMS Guidelines
  • 2-3 years of experience in Medicare platforms, compliance, and regulatory analysis
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and relevant applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards
