Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Appeals Coordinator to manage member complaints related to Medicare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process member appeals, ensuring timely resolution within regulatory frameworks
- Document grievances accurately and maintain complete files with relevant information
- Collaborate with various departments and assist with external appeal investigations and responses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of health plan experience, particularly in customer service or appeals and grievances
- Experience with Medicare products and plans is highly preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong aptitude for technology-based solutions
