Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process member appeals, ensuring timely resolution within regulatory frameworks
  • Document grievances accurately and maintain complete files with relevant information
  • Collaborate with various departments and assist with external appeal investigations and responses
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of health plan experience, particularly in customer service or appeals and grievances
  • Experience with Medicare products and plans is highly preferred
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Strong aptitude for technology-based solutions
