Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Complaint & Appeals - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve Fast Track Appeal scenarios for Medicare products, coordinating responses from multiple business units
  • Research and resolve complex appeals, identify trends in misrouted work, and ensure compliance with established timeframes
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to staff, and coordinating efforts across departments for claims research and appeals
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Fast Track Appeals and CMS Guidelines
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MHK, QuickBase applications, Avaya System, and GPS
  • 2-3 years of experience in Medicare platforms, patient management compliance, regulatory analysis, or customer service
  • Education: HS Diploma, Associate's degree, or equivalent experience
