Job Summary
A company is looking for an Audit Manager - Medicare Bad Debt Cost Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and supervise audit responses to CMS audits related to Medicare Bad Debt and Worksheet S-10 Cost Reporting
- Assist clients in ensuring compliance with CMS regulations and implement best practices for government payer compliance
- Design internal templates for audit strategies and prepare detailed audit findings and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare audit, finance, or compliance with a focus on Medicare cost reporting
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations, including Bad Debt Cost Reporting guidelines
- Strong experience with financial analysis, audit methodologies, and healthcare financial systems
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills in coordinating audit processes
