Medicare Audit Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Audit Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise audit work papers to ensure compliance with CMS standards
• Review cost reports and settlement packages to meet timeliness and quality standards
• Provide training to audit staff and respond to provider and CMS requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5 years of auditing or accounting experience with 1 year in a leadership role
• Knowledge of cost accounting standards and auditing practices
• Ability to interpret and implement changes to Medicare program
• Certification as CPA, CIA, or CMA preferred
