• Identifies solutions to billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
• Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements and adjusts customer accounts as needed

• Experience in billing and posting resolution
• Knowledge of Medicare billing processes
• Ability to analyze and negotiate billing settlements
• Strong documentation skills for reporting issues
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
