Medicare Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Medicare Advantage operational processes during Epic Tapestry migration and AEP preparation
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution design
• Create and execute test cases to validate system changes and ensure business requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a MAPD Plan
• Strong experience in writing, executing, and managing test cases and supporting UAT
• Experience working in JIRA for user stories, backlogs, and defect management
• Solid understanding of Medicare Advantage operations, including enrollment, billing, and member fulfillment
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
