Medicare Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Medicare Advantage operational processes during Epic Tapestry migration and AEP preparation
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams
• Create and execute test cases to validate system changes and ensure business requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a MAPD Plan
• Experience writing, executing, and managing test cases and supporting UAT
• Hands-on experience working in JIRA for user stories and defect management
• Experience creating process documentation and workflow diagrams using Visio
• Solid understanding of Medicare Advantage operations, including enrollment and eligibility processes
