Medicare Claims Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Medicare Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end claims services and manage claims processing and financials
• Collaborate with claims leadership to align operations with customer needs and market trends
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicare claims and represent Claims Operations in regulatory discussions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree
• 1-2 years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid or a highly regulated operational environment is preferred
• Strong analytical skills to drive change and manage operations
• Ability to identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with compliance policies
