Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Specialist to resolve aged, outstanding, and denied medical claims.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve cash-generating accounts to bring in revenue
Review Medicare claims and post adjustments on various facility systems
Work on denials and appeals in a timely manner

Qualifications and Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred
1-2 years' experience with traditional Medicare claims
1-2 years' experience with DDE Direct Data Entry system
Able to type 50 wpm
Experience with Health Information Systems is beneficial
