Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist responsible for various aspects of client services, including business development and implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned clients and assist with onboarding and implementation activities
• Investigate and respond to client inquiries and resolve escalated problems professionally
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and identify opportunities for process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related qualification
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the Medicare Managed Care environment
• Understanding of Medicare compliance requirements
• Advanced comfort level with technology and aptitude for learning new software
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
