Job Summary
As a full-time remote Medicare Compliance Administrator, the candidate will support the execution of the Medicare Compliance Advisory program by providing regulatory guidance, conducting research, and tracking compliance issues to ensure alignment with CMS requirements and federal regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the Medicare Compliance Program to prevent, detect, and correct noncompliance and fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA)
- Serve as a compliance advisor by interpreting CMS regulations and translating them into actionable business input
- Conduct regulatory research and support compliance training initiatives to enhance awareness of Medicare program requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's Degree or Juris Doctor preferred
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, operations, or risk management within a regulated industry
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and provide actionable guidance
- Experience leading cross-functional compliance initiatives and conducting risk assessments
- Foundational knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance expectations, with CHC certification preferred
