Job Summary

Providing regulatory expertise to the Sales Organization, the full-time Medicare Compliance Analyst will oversee sales operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct internal Sales/Marketing compliance reporting and monitoring
  • Lead investigations into Sales allegations and recommend corrective actions
  • Create and maintain Sales Complaint Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of related compliance work experience
  • Knowledge of federal and state guidelines pertaining to Sales and Marketing
  • Experience with policy and procedure development
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities effectively
