Job Summary
Providing regulatory expertise to the Sales Organization, the full-time Medicare Compliance Analyst will oversee sales operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct internal Sales/Marketing compliance reporting and monitoring
- Lead investigations into Sales allegations and recommend corrective actions
- Create and maintain Sales Complaint Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of related compliance work experience
- Knowledge of federal and state guidelines pertaining to Sales and Marketing
- Experience with policy and procedure development
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and set priorities effectively
