Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Compliance & Member Materials (Medicare).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and compliance of Medicare marketing and member materials
• Lead the Duals Medicare Communications Compliance team and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Oversee team performance, conduct evaluations, and manage resources to meet departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in health plan member materials development and compliance in a Medicare Managed Care environment
• Previous supervisory experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing staff performance
