Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Medicare Member Materials, responsible for managing Medicare product operations and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and editing of Medicare beneficiary communications and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines and oversee material submissions for CMS review
• Lead team planning and execution of business programs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or English
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare or related fields
• Experience in project management and team leadership
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to develop employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality and performance
