Medicare Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a primary operational and compliance resource, the full-time ISA Operations Specialist will provide day-to-day support to Independent Sales Agents in a remote environment, focusing on systems, compliance, commissions, and live sales assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational, sales, and compliance support to Independent Sales Agents within the 1099 program
• Host sales training and upskilling sessions for agents while maintaining accurate compliance documentation
• Monitor agent performance and identify opportunities for coaching and training support

Required qualifications

• Current or former eHealth Supervisor with experience managing Independent Sales Agents
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and CMS regulations
• Experience using performance metrics for data-driven decision-making
• Additional insurance knowledge, including life insurance, is a plus
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
