Job Summary

To ensure compliance and effective contract management, the full-time Medicare Contract Specialist will monitor regulatory requirements, track performance metrics, and manage healthcare provider contracts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage contracts with healthcare providers, including negotiations and compliance monitoring
• Monitor contract performance and communicate results to stakeholders
• Research federal and state regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with Medicare policies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, healthcare, or insurance industries
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements and Medicare policies
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively with team members
