Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Secondary Payer Coordination of Benefits Representative I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze Medicare Secondary Payer and Coordination of Benefits claims
• Maintain accurate file information and communicate with other insurance companies for proper claims processing
• Research claims history to identify previously paid claims and adjust claims as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in claims, enrollment and billing, customer service, or Other Party Liability
• Preferred experience with CareFirst
