Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed reviews of study protocols, budgets, and related documents to determine Medicare coverage eligibility
• Provide guidance on coding and billing for clinical research procedures within the Epic system
• Collaborate with study teams to develop processes for integrating coverage analysis with institutional workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in clinical research or coverage analysis
• Knowledge of Medicare Clinical Trial Policy and relevant billing standards
• Experience with medical coding or billing preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
